张擎天博士本科毕欧洲杯冠亚军业于复旦大学，于2016年获宾州州立大学应用数学博士学位，其后在加州大学戴维斯分校做博士后研究。2019年起任西弗吉尼欧洲杯决赛亚大学助理教授。其研究兴趣为色散方程、双曲守恒律以及流体力学方程的分析理论。
活动内容摘要：
In this talk, I will introduce the vortex fro欧洲杯竞猜nt problem for quasi-geostrophic shallow water equation, which is also known as Hasegawa-Mima equation in plasma science欧洲杯买球网.
